Susan has lived and worked in Taos for over 30 years. Originally from Michigan, she lived in San Antonio, Texas before finding her way to New Mexico. She has two sons, Shane and Tyler, granddaughter Danielle, and shares her home with her husband Graham who hails from Tomintoul, a small village in the highlands of Scotland. Prior to joining the Taos Community Foundation, she worked for a local software company for 20 years in Administration and Human Resources. While there, the company grew from 12 local employees to 77 mainly telecommuting employees in 20 states, before being purchased and closing the Taos office. Susan has always been a thoughtful facilitator for her coworkers and is excited to be part of the foundation where she can put her skills to work for our generous donors and those in need in the community she loves.
