2024 TCF IMPACT GRANTS ARE OPEN

Apply today for a Taos Community Foundation 2024 Impact Grant! This annual competitive grant cycle addresses key needs in our community, including animal welfare, arts & culture, basic needs, community advocacy, environmental sustainability, health, education, and youth. This grant cycle provides both project funding and core operational support to local non-profits in Taos and western Colfax county. Last year, we were able to award over $300,000 to 46 local organizations. Don’t miss this opportunity to make a lasting impact—submit your application today!

Eligible organizations and fiscally sponsored projects working and providing services in the Taos and western Colfax counties are eligible to apply if they meet the following criteria:

  • Tax-exempt under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, are a public or governmental agency or a federally recognized tribe in the State of New Mexico, or have an eligible fiscal sponsor. 
  • Employ staff and/or volunteers, and provide services without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation. 
  • Be current with all State and Federal reporting requirements: In Good Standing with the IRS, NM Secretary of State, and NM Attorney General.

The application deadline is April 1st, 2024, at 5p.m. Late applications will not be accepted.

Awards will generally range from $5,000 to $10,000.


Applicants will be notified of funding decisions the end of May, and grants will be awarded on June 6th, 2024.
