Memorial Donations
By contributing to the Taos Community Foundation Memorial Fund, you can honor the memory of a loved one, client, colleague, or friend who has passed away. You can also choose to make an honorary donation on behalf of a living person.
How to make a memorial donation through Taos Community Foundation
1. Click here to access the Taos Community Foundation Donation Portal, and select “Donate” on the “MEMORIAL FUND“ field.
2. Enter your desired donation amount in the “One-time Donation Amount” or “Recurring Donation Amount” field.
3. In the “Tribute Information” section, select the box to make a “Donation in Memory or Honor.”
4. To make a memorial donation in honor of a deceased individual, select the “In Memory of” option under “Type of Tribute.”
To make an honorary donation on behalf of a living individual, select the “In Honor of” option under “Type of Tribute.”
5. Enter the full name of the person that is being remembered or honored by your memorial donation.
6. You may also choose to notify someone of your memorial donation, via Postal Mail or Email. (Optional)
7. After designating your memorial donation, click “Add To Cart.”
8. From your cart, you can review your memorial donation and proceed to payment.
You can also choose to donate by check. Please make the check payable to Taos Community Foundation, with the memo line:
“Memorial Donation In Honor of: [Name]” in the subject line.
