Education is important at Taos Community Foundation, and by hosting both endowed and non-endowed scholarships funds, TCF provides academic scholarships to students attending qualified educational institutions. The majority of these scholarships are for high school graduates wishing to pursue their dreams of a college education, although TCF has from year-to-year posted scholarship applications for “returning” students who have experienced a break between educational settings. All scholarships are reviewed through a posted application process, are of a competitive nature, and upon award assist students in their school of choice, either at local colleges and universities or other schools across the state and nation.

To date, TCF has awarded $184,000 in student scholarship awards.
