Publicity Guidelines – Taos Community Foundation Grants
Taos Community Foundation is able to award grants because of the generosity of our fund holders and donors. We are proud to support your work, and we encourage you to share news of your grants, and recognize both Taos Community Foundation and the fund(s) which helped to make the grant possible.
The following guidelines are intended to assist you in sharing your grant in community.
Include news of your grant in any publications you produce for distribution.
This includes press releases, newsletters, brochures, annual reports, board minutes, etc. All publicity mentioning support from the Foundation should refer to Taos Community Foundation, and the name of the specific fund(s) (rather than the fund holder’s name) as identified in your grant award letter.
For example: This project was funded (or partially funded) by a grant from the xxxxxx Fund at Taos Community Foundation.
If you have questions about the best way to acknowledge a grant, or about the total monetary award from TCF for publication, please don’t hesitate to call us.
