All Together New Mexico Fund

The All Together New Mexico Fund was established in 2020 by the New Mexico Coalition of Community Foundations in conjunction with the Governor’s office to help New Mexico respond to and eventually recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Fund has been used to address immediate needs and offer long-term support for the recovery work that continues to lie ahead. It’s member organizations include:

The Fund will address immediate needs in New Mexico communities, including:

Organizations providing basic and emergency food and shelter needs to our most at-risk individuals and communities.

  • Organizations providing immediate and increased access to physical, mental and behavioral health services and/or organizations increasing access to COVID-19 related medical supplies such as PPE kits.
  • Organizations supporting early childhood needs as they relate to: providing child care for essential workers; ensuring open childcare centers remain safe and healthy environments; and/or providing necessary materials (from diapers to learning devices) for children.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Organizations must hold 501c3 nonprofit status from the IRS (or have a fiscal sponsor), or be a federally recognized tribe.

  • Organizations must be operating in the State of New Mexico.

  • Organizations of all sizes may apply; however, preference will be given to organizations with operating budgets under $500,000.

  • Organizations may only submit one application to the All Together NM Fund until further notice

  • In general, grants will be up to $5,000.*

  • This application will be considered separate from any other grant application submitted to any of the Community Foundations in 2020. No information provided in this request will influence any additional funding decisions the we may be considering from your organization this year.

  • Applications may be submitted on a rolling basis. We will do our best to respond within a week of your submission if grant funding is available. Requests not immediately funded will continue to be considered depending on available funding.

  • All funding will be unrestricted.

*Organizations applying as part of a broader collaborative, coalition or partner-based initiative may request up to $10,000 and may be asked to provide additional information.

Applicants will receive notice of having received the request and we will review applications on a rolling basis.

Help our neighbors across New Mexico who have been affected by recent wildfire disasters. Support from the All Together NM Fund will go to emergency shelter, food and water distribution, and other critical services.
