Council on Foundations
The Council on Foundations is a nonprofit membership association that serves as a guide for philanthropies as they advance the greater good. Building on their 75-year history, the Council supports over 900 member organizations in the United States and around the world to build trust in philanthropy, expand pathways to giving, engage broader perspectives, and co-create solutions that will lead to a better future for all.
Community Foundation National Standards
The Community Foundations National Standards accreditation seal represents a community foundation's commitment to rigorous, sector-driven best practices that exceed federal and state law requirements and demonstrates accountability and excellence to communities, policymakers, and the public. Initially designed by community foundation leaders, the accreditation program reinforces integrity, professionalism, and legal compliance by the charitable giving sector.
Taos County Chamber of Commerce
The Taos County Chamber of Commerce was incorporated in 1962 and exists for the sole purpose of advancing our community's business, agriculture, and commercial sectors through the building of entrepreneurial and economic growth. Their vision is to contribute to making Northern New Mexico a thriving hub of economic opportunity—where strong relationships, business innovation, and workforce development drive sustainable growth and opportunity for all, grounded in our unique culture, landscape, and spirit.
