NM Nonprofit Principles & Practices Guide
The New Mexico Nonprofit Principles & Practices Guide is a resource for 501(c)3 charitable nonprofit organizations in New Mexico. The Guide was developed by the Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNPE) at United Way of Central New Mexico with support from a 50 member Advisory Committee, as well as guidance from state nonprofit associations and content experts from around the country.
“The Guide pays particular attention to legal compliance, transparency and accountability,” said Ed Rivera, President and CEO of United Way of Central New Mexico. “It was developed to help organizations of all sizes improve their operations and governance and to fine-tune strategic planning and evaluation processes.”
