The Taos Community Foundation celebrates 2017 Grant Awards. Local Non -Profit Organization representatives joined Taos Community Foundation staff and Board, funders, friends, and community members for a laughter filled Grant Reception at the Taos Country Club on July 20th.
The Taos Community Foundation 2017 Letter of Inquiry Grant process culminated in grant funding totaling more than $207,000 being awarded to 66 Non Profit organizations in the fields of Basic Needs, Arts and Culture, Education, Animal Welfare, Health, Youth, Community Advocacy, and Community Events.
The audience of over 100 people enthusiastically joined Foundation Director Lisa O’Brien in congratulating the recipients, and thanking all the generous supporters and donors who make the work of all the recipients possible. “The Taos Community Foundation is thrilled to be able to support the work of so many wonderful organizations and delighted that so many people attended the celebration.” said a TCF staff member.
