Non Profit/Grant Information
TCF Supports Non-Profit Organizations Taos Community Foundation supports non-profit organizations through grantmaking, and technical support in terms of workshops, trainings and individual coaching. We serve as a facilitator to foster collaboration between organizations. The non-profit sector continues to be under pressure to do more with less. The capacity of organizations needs strengthening. As local foundations have re-prioritized grantmaking and as federal support have been tightened local non-profits are trying to find ways to compete in the new market for support. TCF strives to support the non-profit sector as a whole in our community. Our technical assistance efforts aim to strengthen the social capital of our community by building the capacity of the non-profit sector to effectively deliver services and report back to the community on their outcomes.
