Non Profit Information: Grant Making: Use of Funds Report

Grantees are required to submit Final Grant Reports in accordance with their Grant Agreements. Submission dates are noted both in the received Grant Award Letter and the Grand Agreement that was signed by designees of your organization. If you are not aware of the Final Grant Report deadline, please contact the foundation for specifics. There are three different Final Grant Report templates, please use the appropriate one to the grant received (Core Support, Project/Program Specific or a Taos Public Education Fund grant). Please submit all materials via email to info@taoscf.org. Original receipts and any required supplemental materials (i.e. brochures, photos, thank you letters, etc) may be mailed or hand-delivered to the Foundation.
