Non Profit Funds

Agency Funds are set up by community organizations to solely benefit their specific agency. This enables them to pool their funds with TCF investments and take advantage of lower fees and the Foundation's professional financial management and stewardship.

They have a euthanasia policy that follows the National Definition of a "low- kill" shelter, which means we do not put down animals for the sake of making space, and we do everything possible to rehabilitate and find homes for all companion animals. Their programs include spay & neuter, training and rehabilitation and have plans to create a certification program for humane education for teachers in the local schools. www.strayhearts.orgTaos Center for the Arts
