Highlights of Taos Community Foundation
Taos Community Foundation seeks to be the Northern New Mexico leader philanthropic capital. We have a board that is committed to this principle. When we began 7 years ago we wanted a new way to meet the needs of our community’s nonprofits, and a better way for individuals to donate to the well being of our community. It takes our community to make this happen – to make a lasting difference to the quality of life in Taos.

Thanks to you and many others who share your feelings for the quality of life in Taos, a variety of projects are now funded, benefiting everything from education and youth activities, to senior needs, to health and the environment, and to the arts.
Yet, there is much to do. In fact, this year alone, the applications for grants totaled more than $1.1 million. More than 1/2 of the need went unmet. The Taos nonprofits desperately need this support and will continue to do so into the future.
